Requirements :
- Minimum 8+ years in SAP & 5+ years of exclusive experience in SAP SuccessFactors, especially working with RCM (Recruiting Management + Career Portal) and Onboarding 2.0 .
- At least one (preferably more) full end‑to‑end implementations of RCM and ONB 2.0.
- Strong understanding of recruiting lifecycle: job requisitions, candidate workflows, interviews, offer management, candidate onboarding.
- Experience with the Career Portal: branding, templates, job postings, candidate engagement.
- Proficiency in configuring ONB 2.0: onboarding flows, tasks, checklists, anchors, integrations with Employee Central or other HR modules.
- Good experience with solution design: requirements gathering, fit‑gap analysis, blueprinting, configuration, testing, UAT, deployment, and post‑go‑live support.
- Strong knowledge of integrations between RCM, ONB, EC (Employee Central) or other SAP/SF modules.
- Hands‑on with data migration, master data management, data cleansing in recruiting/onboarding contexts.
- Good analytical, problem‑solving, documentation, and communication skills; ability to engage with business stakeholders.
- SF certifications in RCM, ONB (Career Portal / Branding etc.) preferred.
- Onsite availability and willingness to work on client site.
Responsibilities :
- Implement RCM + ONB 2.0 modules: design, configure, and deploy recruiting management (including career portal) and onboarding processes.
- Lead requirement gathering sessions/workshops with HR / business stakeholders to capture the current recruiting/onboarding processes and future‑state needs.
- Create functional specifications / design documents / blueprints, including fit‑gap analyses between current business processes and out‑of‑box SF features.
- Configure system components: job requisitions templates, career portal branding, candidate workflows, offer management, onboarding flows, tasks & checklists.
- Manage data migration, cleansing, and upload of candidate, requisition, onboarding data. Ensure data integrity.
- Handle integration points: between RCM ONB, also ONB Employee Central / other modules as needed.
- Develop test cases, conduct unit / integration / UAT testing; manage defect tracking and resolution.
- Provide end‑user training & documentation: user guides, training materials, admin and HR user training.
- Support change requests, enhancements, and BAU support post‑go‑live; perform configuration changes, troubleshooting.
- Maintain configuration, solution design documentation; keep track of all workflows, rules, permissions related to RCM and ONB.
- Stay current with SuccessFactors releases, new features especially in ONB 2.0 and recruiting / career portal enhancements; drive improvement suggestions.
- Coordinate with cross‑functional teams (HR, IT, security, integration) ensure roles, permissions, access, compliance are addressed.
