Job Title: Solution Architect (Salesforce)Experience: 11+ YearsShift Timing: 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM (IST)Location: RemoteSalary Date : 15th of every month.Budget : 90KJob Overview:We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Solution Architect with 11+ years of expertise to lead the design, development, and implementation of innovative Salesforce solutions that meet business requirements. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Salesforce architecture, advanced experience with Salesforce modules, and certifications to validate their skills. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure Salesforce capabilities are effectively aligned with the company's strategic goals.Key Responsibilities:- Lead the architecture and design of Salesforce solutions, ensuring high-quality design and development practices.- Design scalable, high-performance Salesforce applications while adhering to Salesforce best practices and guidelines.- Collaborate with business stakeholders, project managers, and developers to translate business needs into functional and technical solutions.- Conduct architecture and code reviews to ensure Salesforce solutions are aligned with performance, scalability, and security best practices.- Oversee the full application lifecycle, including requirements gathering, solution design, development, testing, deployment, and ongoing support.- Integrate Salesforce with other enterprise applications, ensuring seamless data flows and functionality.- Provide leadership, mentoring, and support to Salesforce development teams.- Conduct regular assessments of Salesforce solutions to ensure they meet the organization’s evolving needs.Required Skills and Qualifications:- 11+ years of overall experience in IT, with at least 5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Solution Architect.- Deep knowledge of Salesforce products, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and others.- Expertise in designing complex Salesforce solutions, with a focus on scalability and performance.- Experience in integrating Salesforce with other enterprise systems using various integration patterns (REST, SOAP, etc.).- Proficient in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Salesforce APIs.- Familiarity with cloud architecture, including experience with AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure is preferred.- Experience in managing multiple stakeholders and leading solution delivery teams.- Strong understanding of security protocols, data governance, and Salesforce data modeling best practices.- Excellent communication and presentation skills.Salesforce Certifications:- Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA) (Preferred)- Salesforce Certified Application Architect- Salesforce Certified System Architect- Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I & II- Salesforce Certified Administrator
