Job Description :


- We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced RPA Technical lead to join our team and play a pivotal role in automating business processes and enhancing operational efficiency.

- The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in RPA, a proven track record of success in developing and implementing RPA solutions, and a passion for leveraging technology to drive business Design, develop, and implement RPA solutions using RPA tool

- Managing a team of developers

- SDD and TDD Creation, High level Testing

- Ensure development environment and required access available with DEV Team

- RPA Development and Deployment Support

- Coordinate internal testing with QA Team and UAT with the business stakeholders

- Update Bug Tracker

- Identify and analyze business processes for automation opportunities.

- Develop and maintain RPA bots to automate repetitive and time-consuming tasks.

- Troubleshoot and resolve RPA bot issues.

- Collaborate with other IT and business teams to ensure seamless integration of RPA solutions.

- Stay up to date with the latest RPA features and best practices.

- Participate in Agile development methodologies and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

- To be able to train senior/junior resources

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field

- 8+ years of relevant experience in RPA development (Automation Anywhere)

- RPA with AI business application exposure/hands-on

- Proven expertise in RPA development and configuration

- Strong understanding of business process automation principles

- Experience working in Agile development environments.

- Certified RPA Developer (Automation Anywhere)

- Experience with Co-pilot ((Automation Anywhere)) is a plus.

Additional Skills :

- Experience with other RPA platforms such as Power Automate, SAP or Blue Prism is a plus

- Programming skills in VBA, C#, VB.NET, or Java


- Experience with web scraping and data extraction techniques

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

- Strong communication and collaboration skills
