Our past expertise ranges from content creation, marketing campaigns, campus ambassadorship, and product development to data engineering, software development, user testing, market research, and analytics. Muses has a history of successful collaborations with industry leaders such as Amazon Studios, Warner Brothers, McDonald's, and Doordash, as well as numerous innovative startups. We're on the hunt for someone who understands what makes the youth, the Muses of the future, and the clients that can partner with them, tick. Roles and Responsibilities:


  • Creative Editing : Assemble raw footage into polished, compelling video content for social media campaigns on platforms like TikTok and Instagram.
  • Collaborative Storytelling : Work closely with student creators, clients, and internal teams to bring campaign visions to life.
  • Content Optimization : Edit videos to align with current social media trends while maintaining brand consistency and campaign goals.
  • High-Quality Production : Ensure all content is of the highest quality, focusing on pacing, transitions, sound, and effects that engage and resonate with viewers.
  • Timely Delivery : Manage deadlines and production schedules to deliver all video content as per the editorial calendar.


Qualifications:


  • Relevant experience working in video production, digital media, or social media marketing.
  • Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro).
  • Understanding of social media trends and formats, especially on TikTok and Instagram.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to tell a story visually.
  • Experience in motion graphics or sound design is a plus.


Job Terms : This engagement will be structured as a monthly retainer, where we will agree on a fixed rate per video. You will be compensated on a monthly basis, based on the number of videos produced within that month.


Note: Please note that this position is entirely remote and requires availability primarily during EST and PST hours, which falls in the timeframe of 7:00 PM - 6:00 AM IST. We request that only candidates who can work within these specified hours apply. This role is entirely remote.
