Build interfaces and integrations with Oracle HCM Cloud. Troubleshoot payroll/HR data issues and deliver configurations & customizations. Work closely with HR stakeholders for requirement gathering and solution design. Skills Required: Strong technical knowledge: HDL, HCM Extracts, FF, OTBI, BIP . Hands-on experience with OIC integrations for HCM. Understanding of Fusion HCM tables, security, and workflows. SQL/PLSQL knowledge and ability to analyze HR/payroll data.
