Position Summary:

This is a full-time role for an Insurance Sales Specialist at Mitigata. As an Insurance Sales Specialist, your day-to-day tasks will include lead generation, market research, In-person meetings and communication. This is an on-site role located in Bengaluru.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategies for lead generation, including market research and identifying potential clients.
  • Conduct cold calls and emails to prospective clients to introduce our services/products, understand their needs, and generate interest.
  • Maintain a consistent pipeline of prospects and engage with leads through follow-up communications.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to refine lead generation strategies.
  • Use CRM tools to track interactions, feedback, and progress with leads.
  • Participate in industry conferences and networking events to gather contacts and increase company visibility.
  • Report on weekly achievements, challenges, and future plans in lead generation efforts.


Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 1-3 years' experience in B2b Insurance sales, with a preference for candidates with a previous cyber insurance sales experience.
  • Proficiency in outbound prospecting, cold calling, and sales pipeline management.
  • A history of new client acquisition and achieving sales goals.
  • Prior experience selling to key decision-makers such as Founders, CFOs, CISOs, or CTOs is desirable.
  • A consistent record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent command of English, both in writing and speaking.
  • Skilled at initiating contact with new prospects, diligent follow-ups, and reaching the required call targets daily.
