Job Description

As a Senior Creative Strategist, you will be responsible for developing and executing innovative creative strategies that align with our company's objectives and resonate with our target audience. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful implementation of integrated marketing campaigns across various channels. Your creativity, strategic thinking, and ability to drive results will be crucial to the success of our brand.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement creative strategies that align with the company's overall goals and objectives.

- Lead and inspire a team of content creators, audiovisual specialists, and designers.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that creative projects are coherent and integrated across all channels.

- Oversee the development of compelling and engaging content across various platforms, including digital, social media, print, and more.

- Provide guidance and feedback to team members to ensure that all work meets brand standards and guidelines.

- Stay current on industry trends and best practices in content creation, audiovisual production, and design.

- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.

- Analyze performance metrics and use data to optimize future creative strategies.

Creative Strategy Development:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop creative strategies aligned with business objectives and target audience insights.

Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, consumer preferences, and competitive landscapes.

Generate ideas and concepts for innovative campaigns, content, and activations that effectively communicate brand messages and differentiate us in the market.

Campaign Execution:

Lead the end-to-end execution of creative campaigns, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives, timelines, and budgets.

Oversee the development of compelling content, including but not limited to visual assets, videos, social media content, and experiential activations.

Work closely with internal teams and external partners, such as agencies and freelancers, to bring campaigns to life seamlessly.

Brand Building:

Champion the brand identity and ensure consistency across all touchpoints, including digital platforms, events, and offline collateral.

Develop strategies to enhance brand visibility and resonance, driving brand loyalty and advocacy among our target audience.

Monitor brand performance metrics and gather insights to continuously optimize creative strategies and tactics.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Product, and other teams to integrate creative strategies into broader marketing initiatives and business operations.

Provide creative direction and support for various projects and initiatives, contributing to a cohesive brand experience.

PAN India Implementation:

Develop and execute strategies tailored to regional nuances and preferences across PAN India, ensuring relevance and effectiveness in diverse markets.

Establish partnerships and collaborations with local influencers, organizations, and media channels to amplify brand reach and engagement nationwide

Performance Analysis:

- Track and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns to measure effectiveness and ROI.

- Use data-driven insights to optimize creative strategies and campaigns for maximum impact.

- Present findings and recommendations to key stakeholders to drive continuous improvement and innovation.

Skills

· Proven track record of 8 to 10 years in a creative strategy or marketing role, preferably in an agency or corporate environment.

· Exceptional strategic thinking and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex ideas into clear, compelling narratives.

· Strong understanding of branding principles, advertising techniques, and digital marketing strategies.

· Proficiency in market research methodologies, data analysis tools, and project management platforms.

· Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.

· A creative thinker with a passion for innovation and a keen eye for detail.

· Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
