Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Solutions Consultant to design and lead end-to-end project implementations. As a key member of our GDC team, you will play a critical role in understanding our clients' needs, leveraging the Solution MDO platform, and delivering tailored solutions that meet their objectives.
What will you do?
Design and deliver comprehensive project implementations of our flagship MDO product, ensuring alignment with client requirements.
Engage in pre-sales activities, demonstrating the capabilities of our solutions and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Monitor and ensure that customer outcomes are achieved and facilitating the delivery of high-quality solutions.
Collaborate closely with project delivery managers to streamline processes and ensure timely and efficient project execution.
Provide mentoring and coaching to solution consultants and other team members, promoting their professional growth and development.
What are we looking for?
Proven experience in SAP/ERP project implementations in B2B settings, preferably in service or product organizations.
Demonstrated ability to function in a pre-sales capacity, showcasing solutions and driving customer engagement.
Exceptional design and documentation skills, with a keen eye for detail.
Ability to manage multiple projects and customer relationships simultaneously.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
Bachelor’s or engineering degree with specialisation in Data Analytics, Data Science, Statistics or any other relevant degree
Relevant certifications in SAP and/or project management are a plus.
