Role: Java Technical Lead Location: Pune

This is for our client they have built the best-in-class LENDING STACK. The visible outcome of our offering is an ALL digital, completely paper-less lending business flow.

We service some of the leading names in Indian Financial Services industry. To name a few - HDFC Bank, TVS Credit, Standard Charted Bank, Tata Capital, Capital First, HDFC Limited, Union Bank of India, HDB Financial Services etc. We are at a very exciting infliction point, where we are looking to expand in India as well as internationally. We are also looking to create additional product lines to service the BFSI markets.

Job Brief :

We are looking for Software Engineers with 7+ years of hands-on web services development experience. You will work within the software development life cycle, from planning and prioritizing to testing and release. Responsibilities include gathering system and user requirements, designing solutions, building Java/NodeJS modules and testing features before release.


Owning the code as it is deployed in production. If you have hands-on experience developing software with agile methodologies, are a team player and are ready to lead our developers, we'd like to meet you. Ultimately, you will develop and maintain functional, secure, performant and highly scalable quality applications

Primary Responsibilities :

- Identify and analyze user requirements

- Prioritize, assign and execute tasks throughout the software development life cycle - Develop Java EE / Node.js based web services

- Write well designed, efficient, scalable, diagnosable and maintainable code - Review, test and debug team members design and code

- Design data layout within cache and database

- Schedule product releases with internal teams

- Document development phases

. Ensure engineering best practices are followed all the way through

- Ensure our applications are secure and up-to-date

Knowledge Skills and Abilities - 7 to 10 years of experience
