We are seeking an experienced and proactive Corporate Finance Manager to join our growing team and play a pivotal role in our organization’s financial strategy and operational success. In this role, you will work directly with company stakeholders, manage cash flows, oversee budgeting and forecasting, and ensure comprehensive financial planning. You’ll be expected to partner closely with our leadership team to drive impactful decisions and support the overall financial health of the company. This role requires strong analytical skills, exceptional stakeholder management, and strategic thinking abilities.
Job Title: Corporate Finance Manager
Location: Navi Mumbai
Key Responsibilities
- Cash Flow & Financial Management: Oversee cash flow management to ensure liquidity and support financial sustainability. Provide accurate cash forecasts and maintain optimal cash levels.
- Budgeting & Forecasting: Lead the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes, providing insights and financial analysis to support company goals and decision-making.
- Financial Planning: Develop long-term financial plans and analyses, offering actionable recommendations aligned with the company’s growth and profitability goals.
- Account Management: Oversee company accounts, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency in financial reporting and accounting operations.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner closely with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders to align on financial goals, communicate insights, and influence business decisions.
- Strategic Analysis: Conduct in-depth financial analyses to evaluate company performance, identify trends, and provide data-driven recommendations for optimization and growth.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with various teams to build financial plans that support strategic initiatives, guiding projects through financial planning and monitoring.
Qualifications
- Education: MBA degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA or CPA preferred).
- Experience: 8 - 11+ years of relevant experience in corporate finance, financial planning, or strategic finance (experience within a start-up or high-growth environment preferred).
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting tools. Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with accounting software.
- Analytical & Strategic Thinking: Strong ability to analyze data, interpret insights, and recommend actionable strategies.
- Stakeholder Management: Proven experience in stakeholder collaboration, with exceptional communication and presentation skills to translate financial insights into business outcomes.
- Cross-Functional Team Collaboration: Demonstrated ability to work effectively across departments to drive shared goals and strategic initiatives.
