We are seeking a dynamic and talented Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 12 years of experience in marketing preferably in the interior design industry. The Marketing Executive will play a crucial role in implementing marketing strategies to promote our brand attract new clients and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
Requirements

  • Education: Bachelors degree in Marketing Business Administration Communications or a related field.

  • Experience: Minimum of 12 years of proven experience in marketing preferably within the interior design industry or related field. Experience with digital marketing social media management and content creation is highly desirable.

  • Industry Knowledge: Basic understanding of interior design concepts trends and terminology is preferred. Familiarity with the competitive landscape and key players in the interior design industry is advantageous.

  • Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential. The ability to craft compelling marketing messages interact with clients and collaborate with internal teams is crucial for success in this role.

  • Creativity: A creative mindset with a passion for design and aesthetics is highly valued. The Marketing Executive should have the ability to think outside the box and develop innovative marketing strategies to showcase the companys unique offerings.

  • Digital Marketing Skills: Proficiency in social media platforms (e.g. Instagram Facebook LinkedIn Pinterest) content management systems (e.g. WordPress Squarespace) and digital marketing tools (e.g. Google Analytics Hootsuite) is required. Knowledge of SEO principles email marketing and paid advertising is a plus.

  • Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail are necessary for managing multiple projects deadlines and priorities effectively. The Marketing Executive should be able to work autonomously and collaboratively in a fastpaced environment.

  • Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze marketing data track campaign performance and derive actionable insights to optimize marketing strategies is important. Proficiency in using analytics tools and reporting metrics is beneficial.

  • Team Player: A collaborative attitude with the ability to work well within a team environment is essential. The Marketing Executive will collaborate closely with the design team sales team and external partners to achieve marketing goals.
