We’re Hiring: Compliance & HR Specialist | Pearl Transport IncPearl Transport Inc — a growing U.S.-based trucking carrier — is looking for aCompliance & HR Specialistto join our operations teamLocation:Remote or Fresno, CAFull-Time PositionSalary: ₹30,000 per monthAbout the RoleYou will ensure company-wide FMCSA/DOT compliance while also supporting HR processes. You’ll work closely with operations, dispatch, and driver onboarding teams to make sure our fleet stays safe, legal, and efficient.✅Key ResponsibilitiesCompliance DutiesMonitor driver qualification files, drug/alcohol tests & MVR checksTrack truck/trailer registrations, insurance, inspections & permitsMaintain ELD, IFTA & FMCSA safety audit recordsCommunicate with drivers & authorities regarding compliance issuesAssist with onboarding carriers & drivers in compliance systemsAlso experienced in filling carriers packet from brokerHR ResponsibilitiesAssist with hiring & onboarding new drivers and staffMaintain employee files & policy complianceCommunicate policies and follow-ups professionallySupport internal coordination for shifts, documents & updatesAssist with making Truck and trailer agreements⭐Ideal CandidateExperience withFMCSA / DOT compliance(preferred)Knowledge ofHR processes& employee onboardingFamiliar with systems likeXpert IT Dispatch, Airtable, Google WorkspaceStrong communication & documentation skillsDetail-oriented, organized & proactiveWhat We OfferWork with a growing U.S.-based logistics companyRemote work opportunityCareer stability & learning in transportation compliance
