Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Receptionist located in Jaipur. The Receptionist will be responsible for managing the front desk, greeting visitors, answering phone calls, and handling correspondence. Day-to-day tasks include scheduling appointments, providing administrative support, maintaining office security, and ensuring the reception area is neat and presentable. The Receptionist will also assist with various clerical duties as needed.

Qualifications

  • Strong Phone Etiquette and Receptionist Duties skills
  • Proficiency in Clerical Skills and administrative tasks
  • Good Communication and Customer Service abilities
  • Organizational and multitasking skills
  • Proficient in using office equipment and Microsoft Office Suite
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications as a receptionist or secretary are a plus
