Digital Marketing executive- Paid Ads Executive - Real Estate Sector


Job Description:


We are seeking a skilled and experienced Paid Ads Executive to join our dynamic Digital Marketing Agency.


The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in managing paid advertising campaigns, specifically within the real estate sector.


Responsibilities:


1. Develop and execute effective paid advertising strategies for our real estate clients, ensuring maximum ROl.


2. Conduct thorough keyword research and stay abreast of industry trends to optimize campaign performance.


3. Manage and monitor advertising budgets, adjusting as needed to achieve campaign objectives.


4. Create compelling ad copies and design visually appealing creatives tailored to the real estate market.


5. Perform regular analysis and reporting on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.


6. Stay updated on the latest advancements in paid advertising platforms and implement innovative approaches to enhance campaign outcomes.


Requirements:


1. Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in managing paid advertising campaigns, with a focus on the real estate sector.


2. Proficient in utilizing platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other relevant tools.


3. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.


4. Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively within a team.


5. Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality and results-driven campaigns.


6. Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and evolving digital marketing landscape


Job Location: Rahatani, PCMC, Pune
