If you haven't done a full time role as a React Native IOS APP Developer. You should not apply If you are not working with a technology startup/ product/services organisation. If you are not an avid learner and not keen on solving problems by leveraging technology.


About the Job:

SDE 1 Frontend Developer would create scalable software solutions in react native for IOS APP. As part of a cross-functional team, you'll be involved in the full software development lifecycle, from conception to deployment. You are the one if you have seamlessly built an IOS Mobile App in react native and also well versed in using third-party libraries.


Shortlisting criterion:

  • You should be a hands on and have the desire to be one of the best at IOS APP Development. Should have at least 1 year of full time experience in developing and maintaining an IOS React Native APP.
  • You should have build at least 1 solid IOS Mobile APP. You should be updated on the latest in React Native and should have a flair for solving problems by leveraging technology.


Key goals & responsibilities:

  • Architecture and design of scalable UI components
  • Building responsive UIs cross device/cross browsers
  • Optimise as per ASO metrics 
  • Integrating APIs/Backend with the App
  • Create rapid prototypes of interfaces to be used as a blueprint for development
  • To provide seamless and desired UX for parents of parentune


Qualifications:

  • BTech or a similar other equivalent degree
  • 1 year of full time experience in building Node.js , React Native IOS APP


Desired Profile:

  • Solid Development in React Native, Java Script, HTML5, CSS3 ,Javascript ,IOS App Development,Jest.
  • Great at execution in one of these javascript frameworks: Angular, React, Vue
  • Well versed with App analytics like Moengage/Clevertap
  • Good understanding of App speed & performance insights
  • ASO execution experience would be a bonus
  • Execution experience in developing Progressive Mobile Apps 
  • Execution experience with Bootstrap, Gulp, Grunt, Babel, Webpack
  • Flair to research independently & come up with solutions
  • Conversant in deploying/managing changes on the IOS Store


Hiring Process:

Each talent is onboarded through the OTT (Onboarding Top Talent). It has 5 steps:


Round#1- Technical discussion on the desired tech stack for the role

Round#2- Technical Exercise

Round#3- Technical Exercise/discussion

Round#4- Personal

Round#5 -Feedback & Final discussion


Some of these in-person rounds are coupled and done on the same day/visit.

We finish our process within 7-10 working days.


Note: We work alternate Saturday half days.

1st, 3rd Saturday half day working, 2nd and 4th Saturdays are off.
