Role - API Program Management Role (for R&D Business)
Level - Executive / Senior Executive :-
Should be in Pharma industry preferably in API project/program management
Responsibiliti es:
Ensure project/program GOALs/targets are achieved in desired time
Should be able to complete the project within the constraints of project triangle.
Should be able to interact and get all the cross functional team members together and come to common consensus as per the project requirements to achieve the project deliverables.
To ensure project timelines in line with the business objectives (Cost, Time, Quality).
Collaborate with various stake holders like R&D/Regulatory/ Clinical/IPR/Analytical R&D/ Ops/ Quality/ SCM) to execute the project activities in line with the plan.
To be aware of cGMP guidelines, SOP’s & relevant guidelines
Should have knowledge of different concepts of project management and the tools of project management to monitor the project effectively.
Should be able to generate regular MIS report as per the agreed frequency
Should have knowledge of QA and regulatory requirements of pharma industry.
Required Education/Ex p :
Experience Req.: 1 yrs. - 5 yrs. of experience in program management
Qualification: - B.Tech./M.Tech./ M.Sc. / PGDM
Personal Attributes requi red:
Exp with PMP Certification would preferred.
Should be energetic, possess good communication skill (written and oral) and interpersonal skills.
Strong communication, organizational, analytical and critical thinking s
Should be computer literate having good knowledge of MS Office, MS Project, SAP.
Should have working knowledge of MS project and Proficient in Microsoft Office
Should be a team player, can be contribute individually.
