Job Title: Associate Data Steward Global Career Level: C1 Shift Timings- 2:00- 11:00 PM IST Introduction to role: Are you ready to dive into the world of data management and make a real impact? As an Associate Data Steward, you'll be at the forefront of ensuring data quality within CRM and MDM systems. Your role will involve maintaining data standards, conducting research, cleansing, de-duplication, and enforcing best practices. Join us in shaping the future of data management Accountabilities: As an Associate Data Steward, you'll be responsible formanually updating the attributes of Alexion records to improve core data, such asreachingusers to get proof and updating provider affiliation information via DCR. ​ Process Data Change Requests related to Health Care Master data (Health Care Professionals, Health Care Organizations)based on their validation from various external search,external Databases). Conduct matching and merging of HCMrecords. Identify,plan,and implement data quality initiatives. Closelycollaborate with CommercialOrganizationbusiness users to understand and meet their requirements related to data availability,completeness,and quality. Review and update Standard Operating Procedures and Work Instructions to ensure they adhere to current business needs,processes,and data standards. Perform mass data uploads, data cleansing,enrichment,and updates. ProvideAd-Hoc Data Analysis and Data Extracts. Maintain CRM and MDM aligned inHCMData: Monitor the flow of data between MDM,CRMand other databases for accuracy and data quality. Mentor and provide training to less experienced team members. Follow data quality rules and processes to remove duplicate data, cleanse inaccurate data, standardize data entries, and schedule data analysis reports. Plan the priority areas of improvement and any tools needed to support data quality programs ( and develop a cadence of regular database maintenance. Be part of initiatives tobegin toautomate recurring data quality tasks and streamline/standardize dimensions needed for reporting and analysis. Essential Skills/Experience: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Strong knowledge on databases and database concepts, SQL, analytical tools Familiarity with MS Office Tools – Word, Excel, PowerPoint and PowerBi Basic project management skills and should be detail oriented Capable of managing multiple projects/requests simultaneously Work in teams, Collaborate and ensure Compliance Basic to limited exposure to issue/ticket management and/or tracking tools (ex: JIRA, ServiceNow) Desirable Skills/Experience: Exposure to MDM tools and systems – Informatica, Veeva High proficiency in SQL for data manipulation and querying Familiarity with tools like Veeva Network, Veeva CRM, Veeva Align, PowerBI, Snowflake, Jira Industry Data knowledge – OneKey, Veeva Open Data, Definitive Health Care data, Payer Data etc. When we put unexpected teams in the same room, we unleash bold thinking with the power to inspire life-changing medicines.
