Job Description:Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau to provide insights on customer behavior, sales performance, and marketing effectiveness.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate business needs into analytical solutions.Analyze large datasets from CRM systems to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights that support strategic decision-making.Conduct data profiling, cleansing, and validation to ensure data accuracy and integrity.Create and automate reporting processes to streamline data analysis and improve efficiency.Provide training and support to end-users on Tableau dashboards and analytics tools.Stay updated with the latest trends in CRM analytics and data visualization to continuously improve reporting capabilities.

Technical Skills:Tableau CRM, CRM Analytics, Einstein's Analytics, SQL .

Qualifications:Bachelor's or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Soft Skills:Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to work well in a team environment.Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.Ability to adapt to new technologies and changing requirements.Good time management and prioritization skills
