The position is based at our headquarters in Gurgaon and is a full-time role. Relevant work experience in a similar capacity is essential to succeed in this position.

Roles and ResponsibilitiesDesign and develop components and systems using Creo software.Create and maintain detailed engineering drawings and documentation.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design feasibility and manufacturability.Conduct design reviews and incorporate feedback to optimize designs.Perform simulations and analysis to validate design integrity and performance.Identify and address design issues and work towards continuous improvement.Ensure all designs comply with industry standards and regulations.Support product testing and validation processes as required.

Qualifications and SkillsBachelor’s degree/diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in design engineering, particularly with Creo software.Strong grasp of mechanical engineering principles and practices.Proficiency in 3D CAD modeling and detailed engineering drawings using Creo.Experience in product lifecycle management and standard engineering documentation.Ability to analyze and solve complex design and engineering problems.Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work within deadlines.
