Company Description

native. is a content start-up that develops 'native. cards' (personal cards issued after entering date of birth) based on the traditional Japanese way of life called IKIGAI, integrating over 21 million statistical astology patterns and over 10,000 patterns of analysis data. This is a content start-up that develops It provides an opportunity to deepen self-exploration and understanding in today's information-overloaded society, where decision-making is difficult.


The service issues native. cards to support decision-making in life situations such as marriage/relationships, child-rearing, job hunting/career change, travel, living (moving), etc.

The service will also be developed in the same way as native. for Biz (a service that enables career advisers and managers to issue native. cards to job seekers and link them to simple analysis), which was envisaged from the outset for business use.

The business model is expected to be similar to a service EC model.

In the future, we plan to expand into services with a high degree of stickiness (provision of dynamic content using generative AI).


Role Description

This is a full-time( or Part time is also negotiable) role as a Backend Developer at native. located in Bengaluru. As a Backend developer you will be responsible for overseeing the technical aspects of Backend, designing architecture from scratch and build up and develop by yourself and ensuring the successful delivery of software solutions. You will collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, design and develop Backend solutions, conduct code reviews, and provide technical guidance . Additionally, you will participate in system architecture design and implementation, troubleshoot technical issues, and stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in technology.


Essential Skills

  • Have ever design robust backend architecture from scratch.
  • Proficient in TypeScript
  • Back-end development experience with Python
  • Practical experience with AWS
  • Knowledge in system architecture design and improving scalability
  • experienced to develop consumer app to manage more than 1M user.


Key Responsibilities

  • Participate in hands-on development while technically leading the project
  • Manage and mentor the development team
  • Strategize and implement solutions to prevent technical debt and address existing debts
  • Design and build scalable and robust systems
  • Embrace a flexible approach to project management and technical leadership, adapting strategies and methodologies to meet evolving project requirements and team needs
  • Serve as a bridge between the development team and stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment on project goals and deliverables
  • Foster innovation within the team by encouraging creative solutions and exploring new technologies to solve complex problems
  • develop robust strong backend database and infrastructure.
  • Lead by example in both technical excellence and soft skills, including problem-solving, decision-making, and collaboration


Qualifications

  • Strong programming skills in languages such as Type Script, Python.
  • Experience in software development, including designing, coding, testing, and debugging
  • Experience in develop Consumer Product which scale up over 1M user.
  • Knowledge of web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like React
  • Knowledge of mobile technologies such as like React Native
  • Experience with databases and SQL
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to lead and mentor a team
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., AWS, Microsoft, etc.) are a plus
