In terms of its practice, This MNC Company provides service across all aspects of Intellectual Property rights including patents, plant varieties, designs, trademarks, copyright, geographical indications trade secrets and related matters. Location - Chennai and Hyderabad Qualification: B.Tech M.Tech ( Electronics or Computer science ) Salary - Good Hike on Current Salary. Desired Skills 1-Filing and Prosecuting Patent Application. 2-Drafting Patent Specifications. 3-Answering queries from IP India Office on various aspects of Indian Patent law and practice. 4-Preparing and Filing Response in the Patent Office. 5-Attending Hearing at the Patent Office. Drafting and Filing Pre and Post Grant Oppositions. 6-Drafting of Review Petitions. 7-Drafting Appeal for Intellectual Property Appellate Board. 8-Filing and Prosecuting Design Applications. 9-File Management, Email monitoring, Prior art searches, Patent watch PCT Filing. Skill Required 1-Excellent written and verbal communication (in English) with ability in creative and persuasive writing. 2-Prior experience of drafting patent applications and/or office action responses. 3-Excellent knowledge of IP laws of various countries, various patent databases, technical domains with respect to educational background. 4-Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word. 5-Any certifications of additional courses or training\'s (in Intellectual Property or otherwise) would be a plus.
