The Front Desk Staff member will be responsible for managing phone etiquette , performing receptionist duties, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining effective communication. Additionally, the role involves ensuring computer literacy for efficient handling of tasks.


Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Phone Etiquette and handling Receptionist Duties
  • Strong Customer Service and Communication skills
  • Basic Computer Literacy
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Previous experience in an educational or training institution is a plus
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
