Job Title: Procurement Analyst

Experience: 1-2 Years

Notice Period: Immediate to 15 days

Location: Pune

JD:

Key Responsibilities:

·Manage end-to-end IT procurement processes,including sourcing, vendor selection, and contract negotiation.

·Maintain hardware asset inventory, track usage, andensure proper asset management practices.

·Handle billing processes, including vendorinvoices, purchase orders, and payment processing.

·Ensure GST compliance and manage rebate programs tomaximize cost savings.

·Coordinate with the finance team for budgeting,forecasting, and financial analysis related to procurement activities.

·Collaborate with vendors to negotiate favorableterms, resolve issues, and maintain vendor relationships.

·Develop and implement procurement policies,procedures, and best practices to optimize efficiency and compliance.

·Prepare and analyze procurement reports, metrics,and KPIs to track performance and identify areas for improvement.

Must-have Skills:

·Bachelor's degree in Business Administration,Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

·1-2 years of experience in procurement, preferablyin IT procurement or related areas.

·Knowledge of hardware assets management, billingprocesses, GST regulations, and invoicing practices.

·Familiarity with rebate management, cost analysis,and financial reporting.

·Strong coordination and communication skills towork effectively with the finance team and vendors.

·Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and makedata-driven decisions.

·Proficiency in procurement software, ERP systems,and Microsoft Office Suite.

·Detail-oriented with strong organizational andmultitasking abilities.
