Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Area Sales Manager to oversee our sales operations in Himachal Pradesh and Bihar The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales management, particularly in the beauty and skincare industry, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business objectives and sales targets in Himachal Pradesh and Bihar .
  • Manage, train, and motivate the sales team to maximize their performance.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, providing regular reports and actionable insights.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and retailers.
  • Identify new market opportunities and ensure the growth of market share in the region.
  • Conduct regular market analysis to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
  • Coordinate with the marketing team to plan and execute promotional activities and campaigns.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service and support.


Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in sales management, preferably in the beauty and skincare industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze sales data and market trends to make informed decisions.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the region.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Familiarity with the Himachal Pradesh and Bihar market and its consumer behavior.
  • Existing relationships with key distributors and retailers in the region.
