Role Description

The ideal candidate should have good experience in designing and developing responsive websites using WordPress, HTML, CSS, JavaScript along with strong knowledge of graphic design tools such as Photoshop and Illustrator.

Responsibilities include creating visually appealing designs, maintaining & updating websites at front/backend.

This is a full-time on-site role for a WordPress - Designer cum Developer located in Zirakpur. The WordPress - Designer cum Developer will be responsible for designing and developing WordPress websites, maintaining and updating existing sites, ensuring responsive and optimized performance, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to provide innovative web solutions. Additional responsibilities include customizing themes and plugins, troubleshooting and resolving website issues, and implementing SEO best practices.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in WordPress design and development
  • Good understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP
  • Experience with website maintenance, optimization, and troubleshooting
  • Familiarity with responsive web design principles and SEO best practices
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
  • Prior experience with graphic design tools such as Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent work experience
