You will be involved in product development and implementation for P&C insurance clients and large commercial businesses, delivering solutions that improve customer engagement, business growth, and risk management.


We are looking for a Digital Marketing Executive to drive and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various channels, improve website performance, and increase online visibility. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SEO, SEM, social media, and digital advertising, with a focus on performance optimization and growth.


Key Responsibilities:


•Lead the development and execution of comprehensive digital marketing campaigns across SEO/SEM, email, social media, and display advertising channels.

• Track, measure, and analyze the performance of all digital marketing efforts, providing detailed reports on ROI, KPIs, and campaign effectiveness.

• Utilize strong analytical skills to evaluate the customer journey and improve the end-to-end experience across multiple digital channels.

• Track and analyze website analytics, PPC campaigns, and initiatives, creating reports and dashboards to assess campaign success.

• Demonstrate advanced proficiency in managing paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Facebook Ads, and Bing Ads.

• Expertise in SEO, SEM, SMM, and content marketing to drive traffic and improve search engine rankings.

• Leverage tools such as Google Analytics and Tag Manager to optimize campaigns and track performance.

• Build and execute successful organic and paid campaigns, ensuring a balanced strategy.

• Manage projects efficiently while collaborating with clients and teams to deliver high-quality results.

• Proficient in research tools and strategies to support campaign development and performance analysis.

• Exceptional communication and planning skills to align marketing goals with business objectives.


Required Skills & Experience:

• 5-6 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, with a focus on SEO, SEM, PPC, and social media.

• Strong analytical abilities with a keen eye for detail in campaign performance metrics.

• Proven experience in managing and optimizing paid advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, LinkedIn, Facebook, and Bing.

• Expertise in tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and other digital marketing platforms.

• Excellent project management, client-facing, and communication skills.


Educational Qualifications:

  • MBA with a specialization in Marketing or Digital Marketing can be an added advantage but is not mandatory.
  • Bachelor’s Degree with relevant major subjects like Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Media and Economics.
