KEY DELIVERABLES:
Account Management
Implement the departmental strategy and initiatives, ensuring that they remain consistent with the business’s overall strategy.
Achieve revenue targets by creating business opportunities in the region from existing clients by identifying their needs & educate them about better price and better sourcing which mjunction offers.
Possess a strong understanding of eProcurement products, competitors in the industry and positioning.
Follow the latest industry developments and stay up-to-date on corporate competitors, conducts regular research, keeps up with trends and best practices, which give the business a competitive edge, and keep the business at par.
Manage the key accounts with the intention of creating more revenue by upselling and cross selling initiatives and increase the portfolio.
Responsible for maximizing revenue through MJ services.
Visit clients to understand their requirements. Pursue leads, assist in preparing proposal, negotiate and follow up with clients for final sign up.
Educate the client about services that would appeal and add value their existing business.
Maintain connect with key stakeholders and leverage relationships to ensure consistent flow of revenue and proactively assess & resolve concerns.
Creation of various MIS service-wise e.g. EPS commercials and RA commercials and generating various reports and present to the management as and when required.
Client Engagement
Keeping the clients engaged with regular interactions and face to face meetings. Leverage client relationships to proactively identify upsell/ cross sell opportunities of service.
Sustain rapport with key accounts by making periodic visits, exploring specific needs, anticipating new opportunities.
Follow up with client to raise Purchase Order, timely invoicing & collection, TDS collection.
Support and participate in ideation, design and development of services and platforms including new-age technological developments in order to enhance customer experience.
Provide onboarding support to new client by liaising with Legal & Compliances team to oversee adherence to legal documentation, regulations, work permits, statutory, taxation & financial standards and compliances as applicable in international service delivery domain.
Establish relationships with key personnel and decision makers within the business’s market. Attending various industry events and conferences, establishing and maintaining long term relationships with key clients, potential customers and key strategic partners.
Responsible for on-time contract renewals with existing clients with revised financials.
CANDIDATE PROFILE:
5-7 years of working experience in a high-level implementation position in client-facing engagement roles in a fast-paced and dynamic business environment.
Excellent communication and analytical skills.
Keen business sense, with the ability to find creative business-oriented solutions to problems.
Capable of conducting standard performance, market, and competitive analysis.
Must be Graduate MCA/BE/B. Tech with computer proficiency.
Domain knowledge: eProcurement /eTendering /eAuction systems preferred
Domicile : Preferably Chhattisgarh.
PMP certification preferred
