Job Summary:

We are looking for a passionate and creative educator to join our 
School Education

program—a hands-on, interdisciplinary environmental education initiative for children in Grades K–5. The ideal candidate is someone who brings 
joy, imagination, and curiosity

into the classroom and is excited to explore nature, stories, and art with children.

Responsibilities

  • Facilitate weekly sessions across government and private schools.
  • Deliver the different modules using storytelling, role-play, games, and art.
  • Create a safe and inclusive learning environment that encourages inquiry and exploration.
  • Collaborate with the curriculum team to adapt and enrich lesson plans.
  • Support children in designing and presenting their own climate-action projects.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Environmental Science, Sustainability, or a related field.
  • Experience: 1–2 years of working with young children (ages 4–10) in a school or informal education setting.

  • Enjoys being outdoors and exploring with children.
  • Brings new and creative ways of teaching.
  • Comfortable working in both government and private school settings.
