About the role


For our Customer Experience AI ML COE team, we seek a Gen-AI Chatbot consultant with expertise in developing and operationalizing Customer Support AI Chatbot using state of the art technologies including Salesforce Einstein Bot, LLM, RAG, and API automation in secure and distributed cloud environment.


What you will do


  • Develop and maintain AI chatbot systems to provide efficient and accurate customer support.
  • Analyse user feedback and chatbot performance data to identify areas for improvement, implement necessary adjustments and RLHF mechanisms.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate chatbot systems with other company platforms and systems.
  • Create and update chatbot workflows, dialogue trees, and conversational flows to ensure a seamless user experience.
  • Train and educate customer service teams on best practices for utilizing, troubleshooting chatbot systems, and content writing suitable for RAG / fine-tuning consumption.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in AI technology to continuously enhance chatbot capabilities.
  • Establish a ground truth dataset and monitor chatbot performance against it, identify and resolve issues, and conduct regular testing to maintain optimal functionality.
  • Develop and maintain AI chatbot technology to enhance customer experience.
  • Implement natural language processing techniques to improve chatbot communication.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of AI chatbot technology.
  • Analyse chatbot interactions and make data-driven decisions for optimization.
  • Design and execute A/B tests to measure chatbot performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues related to the AI chatbot.
  • Create and maintain documentation for AI chatbot processes and procedures.
  • Train and support team members in utilizing and maximizing the potential of the AI chatbot.
  • Continuously improve and refine AI chatbot capabilities to meet business objectives and customer needs.


Who you are and what you bring


  • B.E/B.Tech in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering from top tier college and >70% marks.
  • 5-15 years’ experience designing, implementing and operationalizing AI Chatbot for large customer base in cloud environment
  • Experience building AI chatbot with high accurate response using LLM, RAG, Prompt engineering, Content indexing etc.
  • Experience building chatbot using platforms such as Salesforce Einstein Bot, YEXT etc.
  • Well versed with Security requirements for a AI chatbot and solutions to address them.
  • Experience integrating multiple systems with the Chatbot through API and other ways to provide task automation
  • Experience with monitoring the chatbot performance in real time to address any issues with the chatbot operations
  • Experience working with at least oneData, ML, Gen-AI platform (Salesforce, AWS, Palantir, Databricks, Snowflake, YEXT etc) solving Customer Support problems using Gen-AI Chatbot technologies.
  • Experience developing and maintaining AI systems built with open-source tools (Langchain, Ollama, Hugging Face, etc.)
  • Familiarity with one or more data-oriented workflow orchestration frameworks (KubeFlow, Airflow, Argo, etc.)
  • Exposure to AI chatbot methodology and best practices
  • Exposure to deep learning approaches and modeling frameworks (PyTorch, Tensorflow, Keras, etc.)
  • Experience working as part of a product team, along with engineers and product managers, to define the problem and execute the chatbot solutions
  • Ability to understand business concerns and formulate them as technical problems that can be solved using data and math/stats/ML.
  • Ability to work on a fast-paced environment & Experience with IoT based systems preferred
  • Passion for driving continual improvement initiatives on engineering best practices like coding, testing or monitoring. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
