2. Manage new product development activities to meet quality, timeline, cost & weight targets.
3. Co-ordinate with various Cross-functional teams e.g. BIW, structure, suppliers etc
4. Knowledge of testing and certification requirements for foams, metals,trims, plastics etc.
5. Able to work in Global and multi-cultural environment.
6. Good communication skill with command over English language (verbal & written). German language will be added
advantage.
7. Able to steer discussions with suppliers across the Globe.
8. Should be able to work independently with little supervision.
9. Team player, adaptive mindset and willingness to mentor team members
