LinkedIn Profile - Roles and Responsibilities Assist in the recruitment and onboarding process (scheduling interviews, maintaining candidate databases, coordinating joining formalities) Support employee documentation, records management, and HRMS updates Help plan and execute employee engagement and welfare activities Coordinate training sessions and track attendance/performance Support statutory compliance and audit documentation Assist in drafting HR communications, letters, and policy updates Help maintain and improve HR dashboards and reports Provide administrative support to the HR team as needed Overall to assist the Recruitment and Training function by performing all support level work in documentation, data records maintenance, coordinating with employees and vendors. Keeping agreements and contracts and NDA's together.
