Key Responsibilities:

  • Enter day-to-day accounting transactions in Tally ERP (Sales, Purchase, Payments, Receipts, Journal entries, etc.).
  • Maintain accurate data entry of invoices, bills, and vouchers.
  • Assist in preparing ledgers, bank reconciliation, and petty cash records.
  • Ensure timely and accurate data entry of GST, TDS-related transactions.
  • Maintain proper filing and documentation of accounting records.
  • Support the accounts team in generating reports from Tally.
  • Should be aware of E-way bills and E-invoices.

Requirements:

  • Qualification: B.Com / Diploma in Accounting (preferred).
  • Min 2 years of experience in data entry or accounting.
  • Proficiency in Tally ERP and MS Excel.
  • Basic knowledge of accounting terms and practices.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of financial information.

Preferred Skills:

  • Prior experience in a retail/E-commerce is an advantage.
  • Knowledge of GST entries will be useful.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18, ₹20,000.00 per month
