You will be working with our amazing product, data and business operations teams to support high priority initiatives, as well as day-to-dayoperations. Working with many integrations with other SaaS applications and integration middleware, help keep New Relic on the cutting edge of Salesforce platform advances.We are looking for someone who can reflect New Relic’s core values in this work: being bold, passionate, connected, authentic, and accountable Our business is rapidlyscaling and committed to a SaaS-first approach for our systems, just as our market-leading digital intelligence tools have been built from the ground-up as cloud-only.In addition to our San Francisco office reopening in 2, we are considering remote candidates in locations where New Relic can do business, working West Coast hours What you'll do Meet with Business to determine business needs and translate them into technical specifications, design and develop solutions, test and deploy them into the Production. Perform configuration and customization of the platform Build Lightning platform and cross-platform integration solutions based on industry standards Assist in defining, estimating, and shaping technical solutions using best practices Support End-Users in real-time with issues related to the Salesforce and supported applications Proactively engage in continuous improvement efforts for application design, support and practices development efforts. Follow all standard operating procedures (SOP) and maintain updates tickets for events, incidents, requests, changes etc This role requires Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems or the equivalent related experience. 4+ years of Salesforce Development experience (Apex, Trigger, Lightning Web Components, JavaScript, CSS, SOQL/SOQL).  Excellent systems integration experience with REST, Web Services APIs and third-party applications. Strong understanding of object-oriented concepts, application design principles and design patterns. Experience automation process with Flows, Process Builder and Salesforce Sharing & Security model. Experience managing large data volumes, considering limits & performance Tuning. Experience using effective methodologies Agile, test-driven development) and continuous development tools SFDX, GIT, Jenkins, Ant etc) Ability to work autonomously and organize your own time. Excellent written and oral communication skills.
