Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Salesperson at G S Ispat in Bengaluru. The Salesperson will be responsible for promoting and selling JSW Neosteel TMT bars, maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets by providing excellent customer service and product knowledge.
• Visiting and Motivating dealers to meet for order bookings.
• Provide support to dealers in sales activity
• Generate leads and pass them to the dealers
• Locate territories for appointment of new dealers
• Participate in all brand promotion activities in assigned territory
• Be thorough about brand characteristics and offering
• Develop network and relationship with influencers community – Architects, Engineers, Contractors, Masons, End consumers etc.
• Compliance to daily report and other business reporting
• Lead generation, conversion and reporting
Qualifications
- Sales, Marketing, and Negotiation skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Knowledge of steel industry and construction materials
- Target-oriented and motivated individual
- Experience in selling TMT bars or related products is a plus.
- Preferably a fresher interested in sales job with qualification of 10th pass and above.
- Kannada language is Mandatory (should be able to write, read, speak)
- Should possess two-wheeler with valid driving license.
