Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled IT professional with 5+ years of experience in workforce management processes. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in UKG Dimensions and UKG Workforce Central (WFC) or UKG Pro WFM(Dimensions).

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement efficient workforce management solutions using UKG Dimensions.
  • Design and maintain data views, access profiles, and business structures to support labor forecasting and payroll processing.
  • Integrate UKG APIs with other systems to enhance business processes and reporting capabilities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues and improve system performance.
  • Provide excellent communication and client-facing skills to ensure successful project delivery.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of overall IT experience with at least 3+ years of hands-on experience in UKG Dimensions (formerly Kronos).
  • Experience with UKG Workforce Central (WFC) or UKG Pro WFM(Dimensions)
  • Knowledge of workforce management processes such as time, attendance, accruals, integrations, reports (BIRT & SSRS), data views, access profiles, business structures, payroll, and labor forecasting.
  • Exposure to UKG APIs, using them in integrations & business processes
  • Experience in Data Hub, UKG Extensions, and Custom Widgets development
  • Experience with cloud-based SaaS solutions and UKG Pro WFM(Dimensions) security models.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.
  • Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • UKG Pro WFM(Dimensions) certification(s)
  • Experience with HRIS, Payroll, or ERP integrations
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
