Company DescriptionNextGen Consulting - NGC Corporate Resolution Private Limited, is hiring a treasury head for one of its client in the MSME segment .Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role for a Head of Treasury, located in Gurgaon. The Head of Treasury will be responsible for managing the organization’s treasury operations, overseeing cash management, implementing effective treasury processes, and managing company financial resources. Responsibilities also include developing and executing hedging strategies, analyzing financial data for optimal decision-making, and ensuring sound financial compliance to support the growth and stability of the organization.Qualifications & ExperienceStrong expertise in Treasury Management with proficiency in Cash Management processesProficient in Finance, including financial planning and resource allocationExperience in creating and deploying Hedging strategiesDemonstrated Analytical Skills with the ability to assess complex financial scenariosProven leadership, team management, and problem-solving capabilitiesFamiliarity with financial compliance and regulatory requirementsCertified Treasury Professional (CTP) or similar qualification is a plusMBA in Finance or a related discipline, or equivalent related experience preferredMinimum 8 years experience in similar feild is must.Salary & PerksShall be in range of around Rs. 20 Lakh
