Omneky ( is a fast-growing generative AI startup based in the Bay Area. We build AI-enabled products that help creative teams produce personalized content faster, more efficiently, and at scale, all while staying fully aligned with a customer’s brand. We are looking for a talented Full Stack Engineer to join our India-based team to work collaboratively with our USA team to drive the development of our AI-powered creative content platform.


Role Overview

As a Full Stack Engineer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining end-to-end web applications that offer a seamless user experience. You will work across the frontend and backend, creating scalable solutions that are reliable and secure. This role demands strong coding skills in both frontend frameworks and backend technologies, along with experience in building APIs, handling data pipelines, and deploying applications on AWS.


Key Responsibilities


  • Build dynamic, responsive user interfaces using JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, CSS, and frameworks like React.
  • Collaborate with designers and product managers to develop visually appealing, high-performance UIs.
  • Optimize frontend performance across multiple browsers and devices to ensure a consistent user experience.
  • Integrate state management libraries (e.g., Redux, Zustand) for efficient data handling.
  • Implement automated testing frameworks to maintain a high standard of code quality and performance.
  • Ensure accessibility (WCAG compliance) in UI designs to create inclusive user experiences.
  • Design, develop, and maintain backend applications using Python and frameworks like FastAPI.
  • Develop and integrate robust, scalable APIs that facilitate seamless communication between frontend and backend systems.
  • Build and maintain data ingestion pipelines to ensure data availability for AI models and applications.
  • Manage SQL databases, writing complex queries and optimizing performance to ensure efficient data flow.
  • Implement unit tests for backend code to ensure reliability and robustness.
  • Monitor backend services to proactively address issues using tools like Prometheus, Grafana, or AWS CloudWatch.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate user stories into fully functional web applications, covering both frontend and backend requirements.
  • Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines to automate testing, deployment, and scaling of web applications.
  • Deploy and manage web applications on AWS using services like ECS, EC2, Lambda, and S3, ensuring scalability and reliability.



Requirements


  • Experience: 3-6 years of full stack development experience, with expertise in both frontend and backend technologies.
  • Frontend Skills: Proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, CSS, and frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
  • Backend Skills: Strong hands-on experience in Python with FastAPI, SQL databases, and building scalable APIs.
  • AWS Expertise: Familiarity with AWS services like ECS, EC2, Lambda, and S3 for application deployment and management.
  • Data Pipelines: Experience in developing data ingestion pipelines and handling large datasets efficiently.
  • Code Quality: Strong understanding of best practices for coding, testing (unit tests), and deployment automation (CI/CD pipelines).
  • Collaboration: Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including designers, product managers, and other engineers.
  • Problem Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on building solutions that scale.
  • Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
