Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Project Manager located in Mumbai. The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day project operations, managing budgets, and ensuring effective communication within the team and with clients. The Manager will also utilize analytical skills and program management expertise to drive successful project outcomes.


• Be a dynamic, diligent and dedicated “business professional” with great conceptual and hands-on understanding of Marketing, Brand management expertise, consultative and scientific approach with an unflinching revenue orientation and outcomes-based KRAs.

• Clear, crisp and professional communication skills with a nimble mind and humility are critical to this position along with the highest standards of integrity, quality and commitment to represent Docplexus internally and externally to our industry partners and clinicians. Empathy and warmth are also inherently a Docplexian vibe.

• This is a highly cross functional position that will enable immersive learning and opportunities for value addition by the Project Manager with highly diverse teams internally (IT, Digital marketing, Medical communications, Media and creative solutions, Business intelligence, Sales, Marketing as well as data management) for multiple projects with Industry partners that span different therapeutic areas, markets and product categories within Pharmaceutical, medical devices, diagnostics and overall healthcare segment.

• End-to-end project management is the core - right from creating / delivering presentation and data-based solutions to industry partners (in collaboration with Sales team) to creating the project blueprint with cross functional deliberation and executing the projects successfully with SMART goals, quality outcomes, efficient and effective resource management with ownership and agility.

• KPIs may include tracking on projects’ delivery, planned revenues (with sales team), repeat business, increased yield, qualitative engagement of the industry partners as well as internal stakeholders to build a proficient, collaborative, positive and productive ecosystem.

• Co-ordination of RFQ process with operations to submit proposals to prospective projects and stakeholders will be needed. Periodic reports and dashboards that effectively demonstrate progress, risk and achievements of the projects are expected.

• In case you are also a People manager in this function, the responsibilities will encompass all of the above along with an effective display of leadership to inspire, engage and drive the reporting professionals cohesively towards the organisational objectives and culture will be of essence. 


Qualifications

  • Strong analytical skills and ability to effectively manage complex projects
  • Co-ordination of customer meets, visits and other specific requirements of customers
  • Contract reviews, tracking of delivery and quality performance
  • Understanding of digital marketing and data analytics
  • Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools
  • Content marketing strategy and execution with a consultant like approach towards industry partners
  • Translating marketing strategies in compelling storylines that address the target audience
  • Understanding needs of each industry partner / stakeholder and empathetic development of long-term working relationships
  • Agile project management with unwavering end-to-end ownership
  • Experience in program management and budgeting
  • Ability to work collaboratively and independently
  • Sound domain knowledge (prior experience in healthcare, product and brand management) with an eagerness to learn and grow
  • Attention to detail


Prior Work Experience: Consulting experience in Lifesciences/Healthcare (2-5 years)


Industry: Consulting, Project Management - Digital Healthcare/Healthcare IT


Education: Post Graduate Degree - MBA from a reputed institute, Under Graduate Degree – Medical/Healthcare/Life Sciences
