We are seeking a skilled Rotating Equipment Engineer to join their team in the Oil & Energy industry. As a Rotating Equipment Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the reliability and efficiency of rotating equipment. You will work closely with other engineers and maintenance teams to provide technical expertise and support for rotating equipment such as pumps, compressors, turbines, and generators. This includes identifying and solving problems, implementing maintenance plans, and managing projects.

Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support for rotating equipment, including analysis of problems and development of effective solutions.
  • Develop and implement maintenance plans for rotating equipment, ensuring reliability and efficiency.
  • Manage projects related to rotating equipment, including planning, budgeting, and execution.
  • Collaborate with other engineers and maintenance teams to ensure effective communication and coordination.
  • Evaluate and recommend upgrades or replacements for existing equipment to improve performance and efficiency.
  • Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for issues related to rotating equipment.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards and regulations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in mechanical or related.
  • At least 8+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the oil and energy industry.
  • Strong knowledge of rotating equipment such as pumps, compressors, turbines, and generators.
  • Familiarity with relevant industry standards and regulations.
  • Project management skills, including budgeting and execution.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
