Job Title: SAP FICO Consultant with HANA

Experience: 7 Years - 10 Years in Fico

Location: Hyderabad

Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced SAP FICO Consultant with expertise in SAP HANA/S/4HANA to lead financial processes, system optimizations, and SAP transformations. The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of hands-on experience in SAP FI (Financial Accounting) & CO (Controlling) modules, working in SAP S/4HANA environments for implementation, support, and enhancements.

Key Responsibilities:

SAP FICO Implementation & Support: Configure, customize, and enhance SAP FI/CO functionalities in S/4HANA.

Financial Process Optimization: Streamline financial operations including GL, AR, AP, Asset Accounting, Cost Center Accounting, and Profitability Analysis .

Integration with Other Modules: Collaborate with SD, MM, PP, and HR teams to ensure seamless financial transactions.

S/4HANA Migration & Upgrades: Lead or support SAP ECC to S/4HANA migrations , including data migration and new functionalities.

Business Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with finance teams to understand requirements and provide SAP solutions.

Financial Reporting & Compliance: Ensure accurate financial reporting, compliance with IFRS/GAAP, and tax/legal regulations.

Incident & Change Management: Troubleshoot FICO-related issues and work on continuous improvements.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Experience: Minimum 7+ years in SAP FICO , with at least 2+ years in SAP S/4HANA .

Core FI Knowledge: General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Bank Accounting, Asset Accounting, Taxation.

Core CO Knowledge: Cost Center Accounting (CCA), Profit Center Accounting (PCA), Internal Orders, Product Costing (COPC), Profitability Analysis (COPA).

S/4HANA Expertise: Strong understanding of New GL, Universal Journal (ACDOCA), Central Finance (CFIN), and Fiori Apps .

Integration Knowledge: Understanding of SD, MM, PP, HR financial integration.

Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical skills to resolve system and business process issues.

Communication: Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
