Position Overview

Join us in navigating the currents of commerce as a Partner Operations Coordinator at Swym. You'll play a pivotal role in supporting our e-commerce merchants' swim toward success.

Key responsibilities

Contract and Documentation Management: Oversee and manage contracts and documentation for Swym’s Agency & Technology Partner programs, ensuring all records are accurate and up to date.Partner Mapping and Database Maintenance: Accurately map Agency partners to their respective merchants based on product plans and industry segments, and maintain comprehensive records across systems.Partner Directory Management: Publish, maintain, and categorize the Partner Directory based on activity, engagement, and lead generation levels.Agency POC Management: Update and maintain detailed Agency-specific points of contact, including name, address, website, contact information, location, and reporting chain.Payout Calculations: Calculate Agency payouts based on merchant revenue, ensuring timely and accurate processing of all payments.Data Analysis and Reporting: Utilize Google Sheets and Pivot Tables to analyze data, generate reports, and provide actionable insights to support the Agency Partnership program.HubSpot Management: Use HubSpot to manage and track partner interactions, maintain accurate records, and ensure data integrity to identify issues, trends, and areas for improvement.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Marketing, Sales, and Partnership teams to ensure alignment and accuracy in all partnership activities.Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of partner tracking and payout calculations.Agreement Management: Maintain, review, and refresh agreements, MOUs, and SLAs signed with each Partner.Performance Monitoring: Monitor partner performance, providing insights and recommendations for continuous growth.Support Partnership Strategy: Engage in cross-functional work to support the Partnership strategy and contribute to Agency Success initiatives.Inquiry Management: Respond to, track, and follow up on all Agency Program inquiries, and undertake outbound efforts to build Agency Partnerships.Issue Identification and Troubleshooting: Identify and troubleshoot issues, ensuring timely resolution to support partner success.Agency-Led Growth Infrastructure: Assist in setting up and tracking infrastructure for Agency-led growth.Familiarity with WordPress is a Plus

Qualifications

A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields. An MBA is a plus.2+ years of experience of high volume quality recruitment gained in either a retail head-office, distribution, or agency environment.Proficiency in HubSpot and Google Sheets, with strong skills in creating and analyzing Pivot Tables.Experience in a data-driven role, with a strong attention to detail and accuracy.Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.Maintaining constant knowledge of legal agreements and maintenance of international requirements.Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.Maintain and update partner kit.Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and deliver on tight deadlines.Flexible in terms of work hours to meet business objectives.Strong research and analytical skills.Capable of working through a remote/ hybrid/ regular on-site

work environment.Familiarity with agency partnership programs or revenue tracking processes is a plus.Technical product experience highly regarded.High order learning agility.Effective Team Member.
