Role details:

- Title / Designation: Senior Oracle Database Administrator- Reporting Manager: SME- Location: Navi Mumbai- Work Mode: Work-from-Office

Role & responsibilities:

- Oracle administration across operating systems, including RHEL, OEL, and Windows.- Setup, configuration, and management of Oracle RAC, Data Guard, Data Broker, and ASM/GRID.- Implementation of advanced Oracle security measures, including data encryption, compression, and in-memory database.- Database performance tuning and monitoring, patching, and upgrading in production and non-production environments.- Integration with centralized monitoring tools (e.g., SIEM, DAM, SOC) and secure configuration compliance.- Resolution of database-related issues, monitoring thresholds, and timely closure of audit points.- Execution of MIS reporting and any database activities assigned as per structure and timelines.

Candidate requirements:

- Minimum 5 years of experience in OCA/OCP, with 2 years in a DBA role.- Proficiency with tools like SQL Loader, Discoverer 19c, PL/SQL, OEM, and SOA.- Expertise in log monitoring, centralized tool monitoring, and performance tuning.- Willing to work on rotational shifts & alternate support on Saturdays.- BE/B-Tech/M-Tech in Computer Science/IT, MCA, or equivalent.- Certifications in Oracle Certified Professional (OCP) or Oracle Certified Associate (OCA) is preferred.
