Primary Responsibilities:Lead in-depth requirement analysis for healthcare product development projects, aligning business needs with strategic goalsTechno domain with SQL and visualization tools and healthcare industry experience in Provider/RCM /Clinical with 3+ years of consultancy experienceCollaborate with senior management to define product roadmaps and contribute to long-term planningCommunicate the product roadmap and release plans to stakeholdersEnsure that user stories are well-defined, prioritized, and ready for developmentConduct Backlog grooming, Sprint Planning and Sprint meets to communicate the requirements and User stories and track the progressEnsure deployment of features to Production after UAT testing and approval from stakeholdersForecast, plan and prioritize defects in production and ensuring quick resolutionCollaborating with Clients: Work closely with healthcare organizations to understand their needs, gather requirements, and design customized solutionsSolution Implementation: Lead the implementation of EMR/EHR solutions, including design, configuration, testing, and deploymentWorkflow Analysis: Conduct workflow analysis to identify areas for improvement within healthcare processesDeep Understanding of Client Needs: Develop a thorough understanding of client requirements to deliver projects effectivelyQuality Assurance: Conduct thorough testing of Cerner configurations, workflows, and integrations. Your role is to identify any issues and ensure system reliabilityUser Support and Training: Provide ongoing support to end-users, troubleshoot issues, and conduct training sessions for staff membersStay informed about evolving regulations and integrate compliance measures into project workflowsCultivate solid relationships with key stakeholders, facilitating effective communication between business units, development teams, and leadershipConduct regular stakeholder meetings to gather input and feedback on client requirementsIntroduce best practices and emerging trends to enhance overall efficiencyComply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications:Bachelors degree in Medical/NursingTechno domain with SQL and visualization tools and healthcare industry experience in Provider/RCM /Clinical with 3+ years of consultancy experienceExtensive knowledge of healthcare industry processes, regulations, and emerging trendsOrganizational Skills: Managing tasks, priorities, and project details efficientlyProven leadership experience in business analysis, with a track record of successful healthcare product deliveriesLeading EMR/EHR-related projects, meeting timelines, and managing deliverablesExpertise in EPIC/Cerner or any EMR/EHR applicationsSolid strategic mindset with the ability to align business objectives with product development strategiesProven exceptional verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to present complex information to diverse audiencesComprehensive understanding and experience in driving the development of healthcare products, from ideation to releaseAbility to foster collaboration within cross-functional teams and provide effective leadership to achieve project goals
