Orcapod is looking for Female NON IT Recruiters. We have an immediate opening for the position of NON IT Recruiters, who have experience in C2H Hiring and Permanent Hiring. Recruiter with GGC and product staffing background Please find below the job description for your reference.

Female candidates only

Permanent WORK FROM HOME

Timings: 9.30 am to 6.30 pm

Monday to Saturday; 2nd and 4th Saturday Off

Experience 2 to 7 years in NON IT Recruitment

Must have4 years of C2H hiring experience.

Good knowledge of Screening, Mass Mailing, Job Posting & Sourcing.

Good Communication Skills

Salary (Incentive + Mob. Reimbursement)

(Salary and Designation will depend as per the Interview after 3rd round)

Permanent Work from home.

Must have Laptop & WIFI connection.

should have experience in product Staffing

Skill Required - All technical skills, SAP, Infrastructure, Oracles.

Immediate Joiner preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and job requirements.
  • Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates.
  • Screen and evaluate resumes and applications.
  • Conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
  • Maintain an up-to-date candidate database and track recruitment metrics.
  • Provide timely updates to hiring managers and candidates throughout the recruitment process.
  • Facilitate the offer process, including negotiations and closing candidates.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Stay current with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
