Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Faculty for IITJEE Classroom Coaching at IPEC eduserv pct. Ltd located in Bokaro Steel City. As a faculty, you will be responsible for teaching and guiding students in IITJEE preparations, conducting classroom sessions, preparing study materials, and evaluating student performance. You will also provide mentorship and support to students, help in their overall development, and ensure an engaging and effective learning environment.
Qualifications
  • Strong subject knowledge in Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics
  • Experience in teaching IITJEE aspirants and familiarity with the IITJEE curriculum
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Patient, supportive, and able to motivate students
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field
  • Experience in mentoring and guiding students is a plus
