Roles and Deliverables

  • With a vision to create opportunities for legal professionals/ advocates who intend to collaborate and work in an unison for collective growth, we are looking to onboard leaders with atleast 10+ years experience in law practice and a practice area/ subject matter expertise.
  • Partners with Areness get the freedom to work independently and together with utmost autonomy to achieve goals benefitting each other through sharing of knowledge, experience and business.
  • Partners are encouraged to adopt out-of-the-box unconventional non-orthodox strategies, be it in client servicing or growth.
  • Partners are required to lead their independent practice area, team and clientele and must have a book of business and great entrepreneurial skills.
  • Partners should be willing to hustle, lead by example and take complete end to end responsibility of the team, practice and clientele.
  • Partners shall be entitled to revenue share from the business generated from their own sources as well as through the network of other Partners.
  • Partners are required to work in a fast paced manner and collaborate with cross functional teams for devising expansion strategies.
  • Partners shall be given an opportunity to represent Areness in global events and media stories building their independent identities.


Presently, Areness is looking for Partners for Delhi/ NCR location with its headquarters at Central Delhi.
