Role Overview:
Our client, a listed entity, is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Company Secretary & Compliance Officer to join their team.
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure seamless compliance with the Companies Act , SEBI Regulations , and FEMA Regulations applicable to the company.
Act as the communication bridge between various stakeholders including Management, Board Members, Departmental Heads, Auditors, Bankers, Exchanges, Intermediaries, and Shareholders.
Drive end-to-end governance practices, ensuring all processes align with regulatory standards.
Job Location: Navi Mumbai
What You Bring:
Graduation + Membership with ICSI (Company Secretary) .
1-2 years of hands-on experience working with listed companies, with a solid understanding of corporate compliance.
