Assistant Manager

Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in accounts & preferably in the advertising or media industry.
Qualification: Graduate in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
Who We Are Looking For
A candidate who has expertise in handling accounting software Microsoft dynamics, GST & TDS compliances.
Independently handling Indian payroll management, verification & finalization with vendor support along with handling employee queries.
Responsibilities:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records for the organization.
Oversee Indian payroll processing, ensuring timely and accurate salary disbursements.
Verify payroll calculations to ensure accuracy and compliance with statutory requirements.
Collaborate with external auditors and tax consultants during audits and assessments.
Stay updated on changes in accounting standards, tax regulations, and payroll laws in India.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement efficient accounting and payroll practices.
Provide support and guidance to junior accounting staff as needed.
Handle GST and TDS compliances, including timely filing of returns and payments.
Skills:
Strong understanding of Indian accounting principles, GST, TDS, and other taxation laws.
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks) and MS Office applications, especially Excel, PPT.
Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
Demonstrated integrity and professionalism in handling confidential financial information.
Willingness to adapt to changing business requirements and contribute to the overall success of the organization
