About HASHHASH is a sub-product of Todayq, an India-based company founded in 2017 by Varun Goel, building innovative products at the intersection of technology and creator economy. We're creating the Netflix of crypto - premium entertainment content that explores the human stories, scandals, and culture of Web3. No price predictions or technical analysis - just content people actually want to watch on a Friday night.We are currently seeking a Operations Associate to coordinate our video production pipeline and drive our content distribution. If you're passionate about streamlining creative operations, have strong project management skills, and want to build crypto first entertainment brand, this role is for you.Responsibilities:Coordinate end-to-end video production with freelance scriptwriters, videographers, and editors - ensuring videos ship weekly without delays (we'll teach you how)Manage content publishing across YouTube, Twitter/X, and InstagramHunt and book guests for HASH interviews - from crypto founders to anonymous insiders with stories to tellOperate our confession collection system, filtering and following up on the best anonymous crypto storiesSupport sponsor outreach and partnership communicationsTrack freelancer deliverables, timelines, and manage invoice processingResearch trending topics in crypto culture and identify potential story anglesMonitor content performance metrics and prepare weekly reportsYou'll be a good fit if:You have 1-2 years experience in content operations, production coordination, or digital mediaYou excel at managing multiple stakeholders and keeping projects on scheduleYou write clear, professional emails that get responsesYou're comfortable with Google Workspace, project management tools, and social media platformsYou understand content distribution and platform best practicesYou're curious about crypto/Web3 (expertise not required - we'll train you)You thrive in fast-paced environments and can create order from chaosYou believe in shipping over perfecting
