At Opicle, we are a fast-growing e-commerce/tech/marketing solutions company focused on delivering measurable results through innovative digital marketing. We're looking for a motivated fresher to join our Affiliate Marketing team and help expand our performance marketing channels.

Role Summary :

We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic fresher to join our marketing team as an Affiliate Marketing Executive. This role is perfect for someone eager to learn the ropes of performance marketing, build strong partner relationships, and grow within the digital marketing ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Assist in identifying and onboarding new affiliate partners.
  • Monitor affiliate performance metrics and prepare reports.
  • Communicate with affiliates to optimize campaigns.
  • Support in executing promotional campaigns with affiliates and influencers.
  • Help manage the affiliate dashboard/platform and track daily KPIs.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in affiliate and digital marketing.
  • Coordinate with the content and design team for marketing materials.

Requirements
:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Passion for digital marketing and eagerness to learn.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic understanding of marketing principles.
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); knowledge of Google Analytics or affiliate tools is a plus.
